How STEWARD Teamwear reviews reported production discrepancies on custom apparel.
Custom apparel is produced to customer-approved specifications. Remake or replacement eligibility depends on the circumstances and is determined after review.
Production error
If an item received materially differs from the approved mockup/sample or confirmed order specifications due to a production error, the affected item may qualify for a remake or replacement after review.
How to report an issue
Contact STEWARD Teamwear promptly and provide the order information, a clear description of the discrepancy, and clear photographs showing the issue.
Approved customer details
Issues resulting from customer-approved sizes, spelling, names, numbers, colors, quantities, or artwork are not treated the same as verified production errors.
Reasonable variation
Normal variations in color caused by screens, materials, printing processes, or other reasonable manufacturing tolerances may not qualify as defects.
Resolution
Eligible remedies are determined after review of the order, approvals, photographs, and production details. STEWARD Teamwear does not promise automatic refunds, remakes, or replacements without review.
