Standard estimated production and shipping timeframe for custom orders.
Our standard estimated timeframe is approximately 10–14 business days for production and shipping combined, beginning after the order has been fully approved and full payment has been received.
When the estimate begins
Before the timeframe begins, all applicable details must be finalized, including the approved design or mockup, products, quantities, sizes, team colors, player names and numbers, shipping information, and any other customization requirements.
Estimate, not guarantee
The 10–14-business-day timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, unusually large or complex orders, customer-requested changes, and other circumstances outside STEWARD Teamwear’s reasonable control may affect delivery.
Shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information before shipment.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available after shipment.
