Order Policy
How custom STEWARD Teamwear orders are reviewed, approved, paid, and released to production.
STEWARD Teamwear uses a managed custom-order process. Submitting a request does not create a completed purchase.
Minimum order
Our standard minimum order requirement is 10 pieces per custom order. Minimum quantities may also apply by product, design, or apparel type.
Quote and approval
Orders are reviewed and quoted based on products, quantities, customization, artwork, shipping, and other applicable requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable designs, spelling, team names, player names, numbers, colors, quantities, and sizes before production.
Payment
Full payment is required before an order enters production. Once final order details and the quote are approved and confirmed, payment must be completed before production begins.
Production readiness
The production-and-shipping estimate begins only after all applicable details are finalized, including the approved design or mockup, products, quantities, sizes, team colors, player names and numbers, shipping information, and full payment.
Changes after approval
Once an approved custom order enters production, changes may not be possible.
